1) porridge everyday
2) EBM-production at least 4 bottles of 5 oz per day
3) puree vege or fruit..
and trust me..being a mommy..sorry..being a fulltime working bonda, part time master's study, and a chef for my lil prince..its AMAZING!!! and i do enjoy them..a lot..arghhh..thank God for giving me chance to live in this life...alhamdulillah...since my boy can only consume vege+ porridge..until he reaches his 1 yr old..as adviced by my doc. therefore, i will follow that..but will ensure my son dont feel bored to eat the same food..instead i keep changing his menu everyday..eventhough..i feel so tired after working with long hours..then come back home..have to cook for him..but, that doesn't give me any handicap..hmm..aku rase sonok bile mask untuk die..even sometimes kna masak sambil berdukung..mcm bibik slalu buat..tapi aku tak kisah..jnji ank aku tak mkn instant food..n until now..still lagi EBF.... hmm...nti smbung lg..gtg..
